Emergency services called to A38 crash

Emergency services were called to an accident on the A38 this afternoon.

The accident occurred Northbound between the Rattery turn off and Lower Dean Junction.

Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the accident at around 12.45pm. The fire service stated all persons were free of the vehicle.

The driver is believed to have suffered from a broken ankle.

Police have warned to take care whilst driving due to the weather conditions.
