Police in Newton Abbot are appealing for information following an incident of indecent exposure in the town.

The incident happened at around 8.45am on Tuesday 29 July within the grounds of All Saints Parish Church in Highweek.

Police received a report from a female witness that a man had been seen standing within the church grounds performing an indecent act.

He is described as white, in his early thirties, around 5ft 8ins, of athletic and toned build, tanned, with short dark hair.

The man was wearing a plain black t-shirt and black lace-up work-style boots. He is described as having the appearance of a workman or similar.
