A385 closed due to RTC involving lorry and motorbike

RTC between Totnes and Avonwick

Update: the road has now reopened after the police carried out investigation work.
Reports suggest that the man was airlifted to hospital.

The A385 is currently closed due to an accident.

There has been a serious collision between a motorbike and a lorry near Tigley.

Emergency services are currently on scene.

The road is closed and there is heavy traffic between Shinners Bridge in Dartington and Marley Head Junction in South Brent.

It is not known currently known when the road might reopen.
