Police have appealed to the public for witnesses following a serious collision in Paignton at the weekend.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision involving a black Triumph TT 600 motorcycle and a white Volkswagen Transporter, on Totnes Road, Paignton at around 5.25pm on Saturday 11 January.
The incident happened at the junction with Conway Road and Primley Park.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man in his 20s, sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.
The road was closed whilst the scene was investigated.
