The radio controlled Dji Phantom was last seen in the Ilsham/Wellswood/Babbacombe area of Torquay.

Teenager Max from Torquay told us that a technical fault made the drone fly away and it then would have lost battery, causing it to come down.

The GoPro camera had a lot of footage on it which he is keen to have returned, along with his equipment that he had saved up to buy.
