Corporate law firm launched in Plymouth by Excello Law

Excello Law adds the 12th firm to its rapidly expanding ‘House of Brands’ with boutique corporate law firm Elevate Legal, which has been launched in partnership with leading corporate lawyer Matt Cook. Elevate Legal will provide commercial legal services to clients across the UK from its base in Plymouth.

Matt Cook, a corporate law specialist with over 18 years of experience at Bright Legal, where he previously served as Head of Corporate, has established Elevate Legal to deliver high-quality, client-focused legal solutions. Recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in The Legal 500 UK 2025, Matt has built a strong reputation for his commercial insight and expertise in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, demergers, employee ownership trust (EOT) buyouts, and corporate governance.

Joining Matt at Elevate Legal is Sasha Williams, a corporate solicitor who previously worked alongside him at Bright Solicitors.

As part of Excello Law’s House of Brands, Elevate Legal will benefit from Excello’s backing and support, including marketing, PR, HR and law firm operational infrastructure and management. Elevate Legal is the 12th firm to join Excello’s House of Brands, following successful firms like Lowry Legal, 458 Law and Cargo  Law.
