Emergency services called to child on roof

Emergency services were called to reports on a child on a roof in Hele, Torquay last night (10 August)

One fire engine from Torquay was mobilised to Pendennis Road, Torquay at 19:50  where they found a child on the roof of a building in a park.

Fire crews used a short extension ladder to remove the child from the roof.

The child was unharmed.
