The English Riviera Airshow will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026, with organisers confirming the event will return to Torbay from Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May.
The 2025 airshow, which expanded to three days for the first time, proved hugely popular—drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors and generating a £5 million boost for the local economy. Highlights included a Friday night “Take Off” event featuring live entertainment, a Spitfire flypast, and a dazzling pyrotechnic aerial display. Following its success, the opening night spectacular will return in 2026.
Since its debut in 2016, the airshow has become a highlight of the Bay’s events calendar, supported by Torbay Council, the English Riviera BID Company, local businesses, and aviation enthusiasts. Organisers say the 2026 show will build on that legacy, marking a decade of thrilling displays and community celebration.
While the RAF display allocation will not be confirmed until spring 2026, hopes are high that some of the RAF’s most iconic teams will be back to wow the crowds.
