The final two homes at a major housing development in Dawlish have been released for sale.

Persimmon Homes South West says just two properties remain available at its Swan Park development, which includes almost 190 new homes.

Both remaining properties are detached five-bedroom homes, priced at £469,995 and £474,500.

According to the developer, the homes feature an open-plan kitchen and family room with French doors leading to the garden, as well as an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom.

The Swan Park development also includes play areas and is within walking distance of a supermarket.

Located less than two miles from Dawlish town centre, the development provides access to the town’s shops, restaurants and other services, as well as transport links towards Exeter and other parts of South Devon.

Persimmon says a number of purchasing schemes are available, including discounts for eligible Armed Forces personnel and key workers.

Stacey Harris, sales director at Persimmon Homes South West, said: “As the site draws to a close, we’re very proud of what Persimmon has achieved at Swan Park, and it’s fantastic to see how popular it is with people wanting to make this new site their home.

“This has been a hugely popular site, offering high-quality, energy-efficient homes in a beautiful and well-connected part in South Devon, and with only two plots remaining, we’d encourage anyone considering a move here to get in touch.”

Anyone interested in the remaining homes can contact the Swan Park sales office on 01626 244781
