Torquay Museum is the unique setting for an exciting, fun and unusual Halloween Escape Room Murder Mystery evening on Thursday 26th October in which guests and their friends will explore its atmospheric and spooky galleries, crack the codes and solve the mystery of the robbery of a priceless Ancient Egyptian artefact and a murder in the museum.
Five teams of six or seven people will work against the clock to solve puzzles in the Museum’s galleries, surrounded by a fascinating assortment of Ancient Egyptian artefacts, a human mummy, Agatha Christie manuscripts, sabre-toothed tiger skulls, and much more. At the end of the evening the teams will come together to see which is the first to solve the mystery of the missing Egyptian artefact and discover the identity of the murderer.
There will be two chances to experience the Museum’s Escape Room Murder Mystery – one beginning at 6.30pm and the other at 8.30pm on Thursday 26th October. This fun brain-teasing evening would be ideal for singles, couples, groups of friends or colleagues. Don’t worry if your group doesn’t number 6 or 7 people as the Museum will put people into teams.
Tickets are £25 each, but places are very limited so early booking is highly recommended. Reserve your tickets by calling the Museum on: 01803 293975.
