Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a 29-year-old wanted man from Torquay.
Police state that Luke Lea is sought in connection with reports of intentional strangulation, assault, taking a motor vehicle without consent and malicious communications.
Any sightings should be reported via 999.
Lea is described as white, around 5ft 10 tall and of skinny build with brown medium length hair and a short dark beard.
