Torbay and Southern Devon Health and Care NHS Trust and South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have launched a new survey about our public websites and we would like to encourage as many of you as possible to have your say!
Over the next few months we hope to make some major changes and developments to our webpages and we want your feedback so that we can make sure our site is as easy to use as possible, contains the information you want and that you can find this information, fast.
We currently look after two websites:
• South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Torbay Hospital and can be seen on:www.sdhct.nhs.uk.
•Torbay and Southern Devon Health and Care NHS Trust, which provides community health services in Torbay and Southern Devon and, in Torbay, also provides and commissions adult social care.www.tsdhc.nhs.uk.
We want our new site to be much more user-friendly and easy to navigate, with easy access to all the important information you want to know. In order to achieve this, we need to hear from you. Everyone who has access to our websites is welcome to take part: local residents, service users, patients, carers, visitors and staff. We need you to fill in the survey on the website you use the most and give us your views and opinions about our current site and what you think should be included or changed on the new one.
To join in and make a difference, go to:www.sdhis.nhs.uk/surveys/index.php/682261/lang-en.
The survey is completely anonymous and is open to everyone in Torbay and South Devon. It only takes five minutes to complete online and is open until 24 October 2014.
