POPULAR professional Charlotte Revolta is celebrating after being named as Specsavers’ South WestCustomer Champions League winner.
Charlotte, an optometrist at the locally owned and run Exeter store, scored nothing less than 9 in the customer satisfaction ratings of between 1-10.
The ratings are completed after appointments, with customers scoring their experience based on a range of categories, including professionalism, sensitivity andpunctuality.
Charlotte qualified as an optometrist three years ago and has already undertaken a certificate in medical retina. This postgraduate qualification enhances her skills in diagnosing, managing and referring patients with common eye conditions such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
Charlotte’s customer satisfaction rating puts her among the highest in the country, with the public being impressed by her friendliness, knowledge and aftercare.
In recognition of her achievement, she was presented with a £500 voucher as she celebrated with her store colleagues.
Charlotte, 25, says: ‘This was a complete surprise and I’m so pleased. To receive this sort of feedback from our customers really is fantastic.
‘My colleagues and I spend each and every day helping people in our community, doing our best to ensure they have good sight and hearing health so they can live fulfilling lives.
‘To get this sort of recognition from the people I’m seeing every week is so rewarding. It’s why I love doing the job I do, and I’m very grateful to everyone who’s given me such complimentary feedback.’
The Specsavers Exeter store currently has a customer review rating of 4.4 out of 5 on Google, with people praising the professionalism and friendliness of staff.
