Emergency services are still at the scene of an RTC on Telegraph Hill (Northbound)
The accident happened earlier this morning but traffic is still queuing with one lane blocked.
Three fite engines were mobilised to the incidents after a repirt from the police of a collision in which one car had rolled and one person was trapped.
The male was released uninjured from the overturned vehicle by the crews, using hydraulic cutting equipment.
