Man falls from multi storey car park

A man has fallen from multi storey car park in Torquay town centre.

Emergency services were called around 2.30pm this afternoon after a man fell from the 9th floor of the Lower Union Lane car park.

He was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The roads around the area are currently cordoned off.

Police remain at the scene. A council vehicle is blocking the entrance to the car park but vehicles appear to be able exit.
