Emergency services were called to the scene of an accident in Torquay last night (5May).
The accident happened just after 10pm at the Avenue Road/Old Mill Road junction.
The accident involved 2 vehicles. Reports suggest one was a taxi.
One man was trapped and released by the fire service who used hydraulic cutting equipment.
One person was taken to hospital.
