Police appeal for missing man who may be in Devon

Missing: William Douglas

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing Taunton man who may be in the Devon and Cornwall area.

William Douglas, 52, has not been seen since 7am on Wednesday 1 October when he left for work, which he did not attend.

He was reported missing to police who have been conducting enquiries to locate him.

William is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall, with grey hair and a Scottish accent. He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey zip-up coat and glasses.

It is possible William may be in the Devon and Cornwall area and that he may be travelling in his 2012 registered grey Hyundai i30 Comfort car.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen William or knows of his whereabouts to contact Avon and Somerset Police on 101, quoting reference MP2447/14.
