Police appeal for witnesses after young woman followed

Drugs to be trashed at Torquay pubs and clubs

Police are appealing for information after a man tried to enter a property in Newton Abbot last night after following a young woman from her car.

The victim had parked her car in Dyrons car park, Newton Abbot just after 7pm when she became aware of a man following her.

The woman went inside a property in nearby Ashburton Road but the suspect attempted to follow her inside before fleeing.

He is described as a white man, around 6ft tall and of slim build. He was wearing a baseball cap, dark jacket with a hood and dark trousers. He also had facial stubble.

Police would like anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting reference 633 of 27th November 2014.
