Phoenix has been located.
Police have asked the public to contact them if they see missing person Phoenix Barbery.
Phoenix, 27 was last seen in a distressed state in the Hele area of Torquay at around 2pm, yesterday, Tuesday 3rd March.
Phoenix is described as being 5ft 2ins tall and was wearing a cream coloured beanie hat, dark green coloured jacket and trousers and carrying a large green rucksack.
She has a distinctive tattoo on her face with the words ‘music’ on her forehead and musical notes on her right cheek. She also has the letters PAX on the knuckles of her left hand.
Should Phoenix be seen police are asking not to approach her and to ring 999 quoting log number 433 030320.
