Specialist leisure property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell iBounce Trampoline Park and iTown children’s activity centre, two well-established leisure businesses in Newton Abbot, Devon.

iBounce is a unique indoor trampoline park and the first of its kind in Devon. Located in the Milber Trading Estate, it offers a range of activities including 27 trampolines, UV dodgeball, three levels of soft play, a drop slide, and a giant airbag. The venue also features a dedicated party room and a viewing area complete with a café, making it an attractive destination for families and groups.

On Queen Street in the town centre, iTown is a popular children’s activity centre and the largest role play centre in the UK. Aimed at children from nursery through to primary school, the centre comprises 21 role-play rooms developed in line with the Early Years Foundation Stages and is perfect for school visits and childminders alike. Both businesses are available for private hire and party bookings.

The current owner, Rhys Heavens, who previously ran iBounce sites in Cornwall and Exeter, has decided to step back from the business and sell the lease as part of his retirement plans.

Rhys commented, “I designed and managed both iBounce Cornwall (now Supertramp Cornwall) and iBounce Exeter, before selling my shares to the directors of iBounce Exeter in 2018. I have decided to sell these sites in Newton Abbot due to retirement and look forward to finding a new custodian to take on their operation.”

Gabriela Williams, Business Agent – Leisure at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, added, “This is a fantastic opportunity for a buyer to add to their current leisure portfolio or a new business starter to enter the leisure market with the flexibility of purchasing together as a portfolio or individually. iTown and iBounce are successful profitable businesses that are key staples of the town and surrounding areas. We are seeing more buyers being able to access competitive funding options via various lender sources.”

iBounce and iTown in Newton Abbot are on the market with a leasehold guide price of £350,000. The businesses are being offered together as a package or as individual sales.
