South Devon prepares for yet another bout of heavy rain, high winds and high tides this weekend.

The Environment Agency has issued a number of flood warnings and has warned of “significant disruption” throughout the South West.

Over to our Somerset neighbours now –

The military are on stand-by in Somerset. They have put contingency plans in place with the support of the fire brigade.

The Levels are said to be flooded by approximately 65 million cubic metres of water. The village of Muchelney has been cut off for almost a month.
