Stephen Sutton  posts his ‘final thumbs up’ on facebook.

Stephen Sutton, 19, from Birmingham was diagnosed with bowel cancer at just 15. He created a ‘bucket list’. Stephen said the number one aim on his list was reaching £10,000 donations for the Teenage Cancer Trust. With that smashed, he set his target higher.

Donations have poured in and Stephens just giving page has now reached over £850000 and it’s rising fast.

Jason Manford has been tweeting and posting on facebook encouraging people to share Stephens story and donate if they are able to.

After announcing that his lung had collapsed recently, Stephen last night stated that further updates on his facebook page would be by a family member.

He said
“…I will continue fighting for as long as I can, and whatever happens next I want you all to know I am currently in a good place mentally and at ease with the situation….”

Stephen may not be from South Devon but like many others, I had to share his story.

I hope he gets to see his target reached.

What an incredible man. An inspiration to all.
