Torbay Hospital Search for new Chief Executive

Looking for a new challenge, want to work for the NHS?

South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a new Chief Executive to fill the post which at present is held by Dr John Lowes on an interim basis.

The Trust runs Torbay Hospital, a medium-sized district general hospital with a national reputation for delivering high-quality, compassionate, cost-effective and innovative healthcare.

Currently responsible for a resident population of 300,000 which swells by as many as 100,000 visitors at any one time during the summer season, a £230 million annual budget and over 4,000 staff, the Trust proposes to merge with Torbay and Southern Devon Health and Care NHS Trust to help develop a comprehensive integrated health and care service for the local community.
