Urgent appeal to find missing man

Update: Steven has been found safe.

Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a man reported missing from South Devon.

Police have said that they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Steven Shears, 33, who was last seen in the Manner Drive area of Kingskerswell, Devon.

Steven has got links to Paignton, Torquay, Newton Abbot and has previously travelled outside of the country and overseas.

Steven is described as a white male, of stocky build with an unkempt black beard, and is 5ft 11in to 6ft tall.

He was last seen wearing black jogging bottoms, black waterproof jacket, and a cream jumper. Steven has also been seen to previously be wearing a light coloured parka-style raincoat, white T-shirt, light-coloured jogging bottoms and work boots.
