Update: Eoghan has been found safe and well.
Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a missing 9-year-old boy from Toquay.
Police say that they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 9-year-old Eoghan Bannister, who has been reported missing from the Ellacombe area. He was last seen at his home address at 7pm on 02/04/2026.
Eoghan is described as a white male, slim build, 4 ft in height with mousey blond hair that is longer on top and was wearing all black tracksuit and possibly a black Gillet and black trainers.
Please call 999 immediately on 999, quoting log number 732 of 02/04/2026 if you see Eoghan or know his whereabouts.
