If you have ever used Torquay’s Abbey Gates Junction you may have noticed that the road layout can be confusing. Seven roads meet there.
Torbay Council is now looking at ways to improve pedestrian and cycle crossings at the busy junction and has launched a public consultation to hear people’s views and experiences.
Their goal is to make the junction safer, more accessible and easier to use.
Whether you travel through the junction on foot, by wheelchair or mobility aid, bike, car or public transport, they want to hear from you.
The consultation closes at 5pm on Monday 10 August. All responses will be considered and will help shape any future improvements.
