Woman charged following Bovey Tracey stabbing

A woman has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Bovey Tracey earlier this week.

Emergency services were called to a property in the Five Acres area of Bovey Tracey on Monday 20th November after a 66-year-old man sustained a puncture wound to the chest. The man was taken to hospital for his injuries and has since been discharged.

Carol Wilson aged 66 of Five Acres, Bovey Tracey, has been charged with wounding with intent.

She initially appeared before Plymouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday 21 November, and is remanded to appear before Exeter Crown Court on Friday 22 December.
