Torbay Council’s Velopark is welcoming residents and visitors who want to participate in this year’s Sport Relief’s ‘Simply Cycle’ campaign on the 18, 19 and 20 March 2016.
Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcome to come down to the Velopark, where you can complete your personal targets alongside other fundraisers during the weekend.
Torbay’s Velopark is a traffic free, close road cycle circuit, and is perfectly safe for every member of the family to get involved.
Executive Lead for Community service, Councillor Robert Excell, said: “The Velopark provides a great, flat and safe environment to take part in this event and I encourage you, your friends and family to come down and use this facility.
“Simply Cycle is a fantastic fund raising event to get involved with, as it not only raises vital funds for Sport Relief but keeps you fit and healthy in a fun way.”
Admission to the Velopark starts from as little as £1.50 and bikes can be hired for £4.
