Update. Road still closed at 3pm. Accident investigation work taking place. Delays to junction 30 and traffic built up around Kennford.
The A38 is currently close Southbound due to a serious collision.
Emergency services remain at the scene of the collision which happened at around 11.30am.
Traffic is experiencing long delays, queueing from A379 to A380 (Splatford Split).
