Police have appealed for information following a collision in which a pedestrian was seriously injured.
The incident happened in Paignton on Friday 3 November Victoria Street, near the junction with Torbay Road.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision between a silver Hyundai i10 and a male pedestrian at around 11.10am.
The man in his 60s from Paignton sustained serious injuries was taken to Torbay Hospital.
The road was closed for around four hours to allow for an examination of the scene and vehicle recovery.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to contact them.
