Police have appealed to the public for witnesses following the double decker bus crash on Totnes Road earlier this month.
The appeal has been issued an appeal for outstanding witnesses.
37 people were injured after the double decker overturned on Totnes Road on Saturday 5th October. 8 people were described as having potentially serious injuries.
The incident was declared a major incident with all emergency services in attendance.
A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall police said:
“We believe that there were around 60 people on board the bus at the time of the incident, many were uninjured and had left the scene before speaking to our officers.
“We are keen to speak with a number of occupants from the bus who have been identified from CCTV leaving the scene.
