Appeal for witnesses following serious collision on Milber Back Road

Police have appealed for witnesses following a serious collision on the Milber back road yesterday, Sunday 16 August.

Emergency services were called to St Marychurch Road at around 4.10pm to reports of a two vehicle collision.

Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the incident, along with the air ambulance.

A 70 year old female was airlifted to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth with life threatening injuries and a 13-year-old girl was airlifted to Bristol Children’s Hospital, also with life threatening injuries.

The road was closed whilst officers examined the scene.

Anyone who may have Dash Cam footage of the collision and the build up to it or with information regarding the collision is requested to please contact Police on 101, quoting log number 580 of 16th August 2020.
