Police have appealed for witnesses after an attempted robbery at Mutley Plain in Plymouth on Monday, 13th November.
The incident happened around 5pm at Marina Terrace.
A person wearing a light coloured hooded top with the hood pulled up, came from behind a woman and grabbed her handbag. The victim to fell to the ground and screamed out before the offender ran off down an alleyway next to Marina Terrace.
