Beacon Quay cordoned off due to police incident

Update: Three teenagers have been arrested following a stabbing incident.

Police are at the scene of an incident at Beacon Quay, Torquay Harbour this morning, Friday 15th October.

An area by the old Living Coasts has been cordoned off by police.

The nature of the incident is not yet known.

Torbay Council said on social media:
“There is a Police incident at Beacon Quay, Torquay Harbour, this area has been closed off until further notice. There is no access to the slipway or businesses until further notice.

“Due to low tides the nearest slipway available for use is located at Brixham Harbour.”
