Update: Pongaskorn has been found safe by police.

Police have appealed to the public to help find a man missing from Newton Abbot.

Have you seen Torbay man wanted by police?

19-year-old Pongaskorn Wanachai was last seen in Market Walk area of the town around 5pm yesterday, 16 September.

Police say they are concerned for his welfare and are carrying out searches.

Pongaskorn, who likes to be called ‘Mon’, is 5ft 5ins tall, of thin build with short dark hair. He is believed to be wearing three-quarter length denim shorts, a mustard-coloured zip-up hooded top and sliders. He has difficulty communicating.

Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police via 999, quoting log number 0970 160921.
