Can you help Police locate man with links to Devon and Cornwall?

Police want to speak to Manchester man, Glenn Phillip Madden, 36, as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation into a drugs conspiracy.

Detectives from Titan, the North-west regional organised crime unit, are appealing for the public’s help in tracing him. Madden has links to Salford, Stretford, Swinton and Urmston areas of Greater Manchester as well as West Yorkshire and Devon and Cornwall.

Madden is also known to have links to Dubai in the Middle East and Titan detectives are appealing for anyone who knows where he is or has seen man resembling Madden recently to contact them on 0151 777 7698 or leave information anonymously with Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
