Police are currently at the scene of what has been described as a major incident in Cary Park, Torquay.
The park is currently closed to the public and a large number of police remain at the scene following an incident in the early hours of this morning.
Tarpaulin covers an area of the park as Police continue to investigate.
There is no confirmation as yet of details of the incident but police are expected to make a statement shortly.
