Coastguard called to reports of youths cut off by tide.

Torbay coastguard were called to reports of youths cut off by the tide at Corbyn Head earlier this evening.

Torbay inshore lifeboat and coastguard helicopter and the police also attended the incident just before 5pm, 12th March.

The coastguard carried out a search on the headland, with the inshore lifeboat searching the coastline and the helicopter searching from the air.

No one was found to be cut off.
