The driver of a Peugeot which drove the wrong way along the A380 before crashing into two cars has been arrested.
The driver fled the scene after the collision on the Westbound carriageway towards Torquay before being arrested by officers.
Police say no one was seriously injured in the incident.
Devon And Cornwall Roads Policing Team tweeted: “The driver of this #Peugeot was on A380 driving the wrong way towards Torquay crashing into two cars. Driver then fled. Team work with @DC_NoExcuse, @AllianceArv resulted in the driver being arrested. Thankfully no serious injuries to innocent drivers. 3656 Log 249
