Police are investigating following an incident in Paignton yesterday, Tuesday 18 May.
Emergency services were called to reports of an incident at an address in Longmead Road yesterday evening.
The road was temporarily closed and the area cordoned off by police.
An elderly male was taken to Derriford with a head injury.
Police state that enquiries are currently still ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
