Police have appealed for witnesses following a collision in Exeter last week.
Emergency services were called to reports of a collision involving four vehicles on Cowick lane just before 1pm.
The collision involved a Toyota Yaris, Vauxhall Movano Van and two parked and unattended cars.
A female passenger in the Yaris, in her 80s from Exeter, was taken to hospital with injuries. She has since sadly passed away.
The driver of the Yaris, a male in his 80s, suffered minor injuries as did the driver and front seat passenger of the Vauxhall van.
