Emergency services are currently at the scene of a collision in Market Street, Torquay.
People in the area report the collision involved two vehicles.
Three fire engines, two ambulances, police and first responders are at the scene.
Market Street is currently blocked and the road is closed both ways. Local state pedestrian access is also limited.
