Emergency services were called to reports of an overturned vehicle at a car park this afternoon, Friday 24 July.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the incident just after 3pm on the top floor of Victoria car park in Paignton.
The driver is not thought to have serious injuries.
Paignton Police said on social media: “An important reminder that RTCs can happen at any time and in any place so please drive safe.”
It is thought the incident involved one vehicle and the driver was the only occupant.
