Fire crews were called to a house fire in Paignton this morning.
2 fire appliances from Paignton were mobilised to the incident at a derelict property on Dartmouth Road at around 7.15am.
Further appliances were requested from Torquay including the aerial ladder as smoke was seen issuing from the roof.
The fire was located in the basement of the building which is currently being renovated.
