Firefighters rescued a dog stuck in mud at Hackney Marshes, Kingsteignton this afternoon, Friday 19 March.
The fire service received a report of a dog stuck in mud up to his belly at around 2pm.
One Fire Engine from Torquay and a Specialist Rescue Team from Camels Head attended the incident.
A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset fire and rescue service said:”On arrival crews confirmed this Golden Retriever was stuck in a muddy ditch and crews released him unharmed”
