Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a man missing from Exeter.
Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 21-year-old Samuel Seaward who was reported missing from the city centre area on the morning of Thursday 5 December.
He was last seen on Brunel Close between 8am and 9am.
Samuel is described as a white male with short wavy dark hair.
He is of a slim build and is around 5ft 6ins tall. He was last seen to be wearing black trousers, a light grey jacket and carrying a black backpack.
