Update: Christopher has been located safe and well.
Police have appealed to the public to help them locate a man missing from the Torquay area.
Police say they are concerned for the welfare of Christopher Scilla, 46.
He is described as being 5ft tall, of large build, with short dark brown hair.
Christopher wears glasses with a blue rim and speaks with an American accent.
It is believed, but not confirmed, that he is wearing a black regatta jacket, cargo shorts, and black trainers.
If you see Christopher, or know of his whereabouts, please contact police immediately on 999, quoting log number 187 of 23/09/19.
