Local hospital staff were proud to award Plymouth Argyle’s newly signed defender, Maksym Talovierov, the Man of the Match title at his club debut against West Bromwich Albion last weekend.
Sponsors of the club, Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth, felt the 24-year-old Ukrainian international was an easy pick for the coveted Man of the Match title as he helped the team triumph in its 2-1 defeat on Sunday.
Keeping players match fit is a goal of the sponsors who support the team with regular physio health clinics.
Sarah Fell, Hospital Director, Practice Plus Group, Plymouth, say: “It was thrilling to meet Maksym at the weekend and we felt he thoroughly deserved the Man of the Match award at his debut for the club. He made a great impression and we’re excited to follow his journey with Argyle this season. We’re thoroughly enjoying our sponsorship of the club and helping to support players and fans with their health and fitness.”
