This time of year in Torquay, we usually ask, “will there be lights?”.
Well, there will and X Factor star Luke Friend will be switching on the Christmas lights in Fleet Walk with Georgia Toffolo, winner of I’m a celebrity 2017.
Torquay Christmas Carnival Procession also returns tomorrow and will start at 4.30pm from the coach station.
There will also be activities, bands and more in Fleet Walk.
