Update: The road is now clear. Traffic is moving normally. It is not thought there were any serious injuries. Emergency services have left the scene.
There are reports coming in of a major accident on the A380 this evening, 17th April.
It is believe that multiple vehicles are involved.
The accident happened on the ring road between Torquay and Paignton.
Emergency services are at the scene by by Shiphay roundabout.
Traffic is moving Paignton bound but the other side of the carriage way is currently blocked with traffic being diverted.
